At ResQscan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every ResQScan product meets the highest quality standards.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Incorrect item has been delivered

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • QR codes that are activated or registered are non-refundable, as they are uniquely linked to individual users and cannot be reassigned.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund:

  • Raise a request within 7 days of delivery

  • Include proof of the issue (images/videos and order details)

4. Approval & Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method
